Welcome to our store!

We are in the process of closing out some of our yarn lines, and online ordering has been turned off.    Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing.

Payment: We accept PayPal, and you do not need to be a PayPal member to use their payment service. However, if you prefer not to use PayPal, please use the "comments" box on your order form to tell us that you'd like to pay by personal check. Once we get your order, we will send you a total for your order and an address to which you can mail your check.

Shipping Outside the continental (contiguous) United States:  We are currently not shipping outside of North America.  

If you live in  Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, your shipping costs may be more than the amount you pay at checkout.  Please, email us before placing your order so that you can find out about shipping costs, since the postage fees added on at checkout reflect only prices for the lower 48 states.

Shipping within the Continental U.S.: To find out about how we handle shipping costs, please click on Store Policies.  We suggest returning customers review the page as well, since we have changed our policy slightly.

Returns: Please see information on our returns policy at the bottom of the Store Policies page.

Product Information: We provide basic product information on each store page. For more detailed information, please look for the "about" link within the text at the top of each page. If you have a question that I haven't addressed on these pages, please email me and I will do my best to find the answer for you from my suppliers.

Wool Policy: We currently do not stock wool products due to animal welfare concerns, but please check back as we are continuing to search for humane wool. For more information, please see the Ethics of Wool blog entry.
