Shipping Information (U.S)

We attempt to ship orders out within 2 business days of ordering. We do not assess a handling charge; you pay only the cost of postage.

We ship using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.  For domestic postage within the continental (contiguous) U.S., the chart below shows the estimated costs which are added on when you check out.  If your shipping cost turns out to be less than you paid at check-out, you will receive a PayPal refund.  If it is more, we will bill you via PayPal for the extra.

PLEASE NOTE:  for very large and heavy orders, shipping can run $30 or more.  If that is the case, I will assess shipping costs after packing the order, and bill you for the excess amount via PayPal.

International Shipping

We are currently not shipping outside of North America.  If you live in Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, your shipping costs will probably be higher than the amount you pay at checkout.  Please, email us before placing your order so that you can find out about shipping costs, since the postage fees added on at checkout reflect only prices for the lower 48 states.

We prefer to use Priority Mail International for all shipments, including to Canada.  First Class service to Canada does not provide tracking or insurance, and can be unreliable.  

For customers who choose the First Class option to save on shipping costs to Canada, we do ask that you reimburse us for the insurance we must purchase from Shipsurance to insure your parcel.  Shipsurance rates are $1.50 for each $100 worth of merchandise. We will invoice you the insurance amount via PayPal.

Shipping Materials

We sometimes use reused packing materials and boxes for shipping.  We do not purchase plastic packing items such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or air-filled bags; we do reuse these if they are sent to us in one of our purchased packages.

Return Policy

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within fifteen days of receipt and we will refund the cost of merchandise.  If there is a mistake on our part (shipping wrong item or quantity, or damaged item) we will also refund your shipping expenditures.  

Cancellations

Please send an email to palomatextiles@gmail.com if you would like to cancel your order.  We will cancel at any time before the order has been shipped.
